We understand the challenges of running a food business, which is why we offer flexible rental options, 24/7 access, and professional-grade equipment. Our fully licensed kitchen is not just a space to cook — it’s a community where food businesses come together to innovate, grow, and achieve their goals.
Founder & CEO
Aman Kundi
Aman Kundi is the founder of PurePrep Commissary Kitchen. Coming from a background in commercial real estate, Aman saw firsthand just how difficult it can be for food entrepreneurs to find affordable, functional spaces to grow their businesses. While helping clients secure locations, he noticed a common roadblock: high lease rates and steep upfront costs that made launching a food business out of reach for many.
That insight sparked the idea for PurePrep, a place where both new and established food businesses could access professional kitchen facilities without the overhead of a traditional retail space. Fueled by his love of food and desire to support local entrepreneurs, Aman created a shared kitchen environment designed to help culinary creators get started, scale up, and connect with a like-minded community.
Today, PurePrep operates two locations in Langley and Langford, offering a launchpad for the next generation of food brands to thrive.
